We are blessed to be busy this time of the year and want to share another property transformation we had the honor of completing.
After having the opportunity to remove some trees on the property, our clients explained their continuous issues with flooding and envisions for a new deck and retaining wall to really showcase the care and thoughtfulness they have put into their outdoor living space.
We listened to their needs and were able to do the following:
- Install a French drain to eliminate the flooding of the property.
- Built a beautiful retaining wall filled with premium topsoil which leads from the driveway to the front entrance of the home.
- Removed the old existing deck and replaced a brand new cedar deck built with cedar hog wire railing to better accentuate the greenbelt backyard, as well as a personalized dog ramp for the pups!
- Lastly, we regraded and re-graveled the driveway leaving a completed and finished look to the transformed property.
